A hose 17 having a nozzle (19) and a manually operable valve (20) at one end is supported on a holder, e.g. a hollow drum 10 and backing plate 13, which is adapted to be connected to a wall, the hose and drum being located in a casing 21 adapted to be connected to the holder 10, 13 when the holder is in position on the wall. The plate 13 is screwed to the wall at 15 and the casing 21 is bolted at 23 to angle brackets 14, 16 secured to the plate 13. A door 22 is provided, and the inlet end of the hose is connected to a water supply pipe.
