Abstract

1,052,678. Refuse bins. A. E. ARTHUR Ltd. March 18, 1964, No. 11421/64. Heading A4A. A refuse bin, particularly for kitchen refuse, comprises a container 2 swingably mounted by bearing members 3 in an openfronted casing 1, a disposable bag being suspended from the open mouth of the container, preferably as disclosed in Specification 1,052,677. The casing has apertures for wall &c. mounting and flanges 6 having notches 6a forming bearings for back-toback nylon washers forming the bearing members 3. Locating members 17 are secured to the inside of the back of the casing to receive a pack 18 of bags and a removable lid 1b for the casing is provided and a back stop 16 is provided.
