Abstract

A nursery sheet comprises a flannelette sheet having a layer of latex or other rubber material bonded to one surface to form a liquid-impermeable facing. The other surface of the sheet is napped. The rubber facing does not extend over the selvedges of the sheet and has small perforations normally water-tight but opening under stress conditions e.g. in a spin dryer.
