Abstract

1,043,970. Moulding closure caps. H. P. VAN GRONINGEN. Dec. 31, 1964 [Jan. 8, 1964], No. 53023/64. Addition to. 1.010,541. Heading B5A. A closure cap is injection moulded on to the nozzle end of a collapsible tube 1 by using a mould 6 which fits over a flange below the nozzle to define two cavities interconnected by grooves. The moulded cap thus comprises a removable part 7 connected by severable ribs to a fixed part 3, severance of the ribs indicating the first removal of the cap.
