[Also in Division G2] An electric torch comprises a casing 10 for a battery 11, a lamp bulb 15 mounted in a reflector 16 carried on the casing, a switch 17 and a telescope mounted on the casing with its axis parallel to the projected light beam. The telescope consists of a convex objective 18 mounted at the front of the cover 12 of the casing and a concave eyepiece 19 which may be fixed to or, as shown, carried in a mount 20 screwed into, the rear of the cover 12.
