Abstract

1,012,977. Stackable containers. FORM GESELLSCHAFT FUR FORMGEBUNG. Oct. 1, 1963 [Nov. 12, 1962], No. 38552/63. Heading B8D. A container of plastics material has four flat side surfaces, e.g. as shown at 3, 4 and 5, a circular groove 21 in its base for stacking purposes, and further grooves, e.g. 22, normal to one another and each capable of accommodating the handle 35 of a container stacked below. The head 24 of the container is concave or flat, Fig. 9 (not shown). As shown in Fig. 10, the handle may be straight. A spout 40 may be in line with the handle, or offset from it, Fig. 2 (not shown). The basal grooves may be omitted.
