Abstract

1,001,682. Filing papers. M. HORSTER, [trading as FIRMA HORSTER'S BUROORGANISATION]. April 16, 1963 [April 16, 1962], No. 14747/63. Heading B6E. A round shelf or rotary cabinet for loose-leaf binders comprises a base 2, Fig. 3, mounted fixedly or rotatably on a pillar 1. The base 2 is provided with circular grooves 3 and to enhance its rigidity and the flat peripheral portion 7 is provided with openings 8 for the reception of retaining pins 9 on boxes 5 containing loose leaf binders 10. The boxes 5, Fig. 4, which may be made from pulp, light metal, e.g. aluminium, synthetic plastics or fibre may be provided on their bottom face with extensions 14, reinforced by lateral triangular members 15 so that the box 5 may be placed on a working surface without the pins 9 resting on it. The pins 9 (Fig. 2, not shown) and the extensions 14 may be provided with indexing or identification matter. To accommodate the members 15, the base 2 is provided with arcuate portions 17, which at the same time locate each box 5 over a respective opening 8.
