Abstract

Nacelle élévatrice à motorisation électrique La nacelle comporte un châssis (10), une plateforme et une structure élévatrice comprenant une tourelle (21), reposant sur le châssis en étant rotative autour d’un axe de rotation (Z21), et un bras déployable qui relie la tourelle à la plateforme en s’étendant en porte-à-faux vis-à-vis d’un côté arrière de la tourelle. Une motorisation électrique entraine la tourelle et/ou le bras. La tourelle inclut un contrepoids (100) qui équilibre le porte-à-faux du bras, en étant agencé sur un côté avant de la tourelle, opposé au côté arrière suivant un axe antéro-postérieur (X21). Le contrepoids comprend des batteries (111, 112), raccordées à la motorisation, et une armature (120), représentant au moins 50% du poids total du contrepoids et conçue pour supporter et protéger des chocs les batteries. Cette armature inclut deux parties d’armature latérales (121, 122) définissant respectivement deux compartiments (C1, C2), à l’intérieur desquels les batteries sont réparties en étant supportées et protégées des chocs, qui débouchent sur le côté avant et qui sont disposés de part et d’autre et à distance d’un plan géométrique contenant l’axe de rotation et l’axe antéro-postérieur. L’armature inclut aussi une partie d’armature centrale (123) reliant les deux parties d’armature latérales transversalement au plan géométrique. An electric motor drives the turret and/or the arm. The turret includes a counterweight (100) which balances the cantilever of the arm, by being arranged on a front side of the turret, opposite the rear side along an anteroposterior axis (X21). The counterweight comprises batteries (111, 112), connected to the motor, and a frame (120), representing at least 50% of the total weight of the counterweight and designed to support and protect the batteries from impacts. This frame includes two lateral frame parts (121, 122) respectively defining two compartments (C1, C2), inside which the batteries are distributed while being supported and protected from impacts, which open on the front side and which are arranged on either side and at a distance from a geometric plane containing the axis of rotation and the anteroposterior axis. The frame also includes a central frame part (123) connecting the two lateral frame parts transversely to the geometric plane. Figure for the abstract: Figure 5
