Dispositif de contrôle d’accès (100), destiné à contrôler l’accès à une voie de circulation, le dispositif de contrôle d’accès (100) comprenant : un élément de contrôle d’accès pivotant (1) configuré pour pivoter dans un plan vertical entre une position d’obturation dans laquelle l’élément de contrôle d’accès pivotant (1) obture une voie de circulation et une position d’ouverture dans laquelle l’élément de contrôle d’accès pivotant (1) laisse un accès libre à la voie de circulation,un moteur d’entrainement (2) configuré pour pivoter l’élément de contrôle d’accès pivotant (1) au moins entre sa position d’obturation et sa position d’ouverture,un capteur gyroscopique (3) solidaire en mouvement de l’élément de contrôle d’accès pivotant 1 et configuré pour détecter des valeurs de position absolue de l’élément de contrôle d’accès pivotant (1), et un automate (4) configuré pour transmettre des instructions de fonctionnement au moteur d’entrainement (2) en fonction des valeurs détectées par le capteur gyroscopique (3).
