L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) hygroréglable d’extraction ou d’insufflation d’air pour installation de ventilation, comprenant une bouche de ventilation (2) comprenant : - des moyens d’obturation (6) mobiles entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, - des moyens de commande électrique (9) des moyens d’obturation (6), contrôlés par un module électronique (8), dans lequel la bouche de ventilation (2) comprend au moins un moyen de mesure de pression (5) et au moins un moyen de mesure d’hygrométrie (7), les moyens de commande électrique (9) étant configurés pour faire varier un débit d’air traversant la bouche de ventilation (2) par un ajustement des moyens d’obturation (6) entre la position fermée et la position ouverte, à la fois en fonction de la pression et de l’hygrométrie mesurées.
