COMPOSANT D'ARRET AXIAL POUR ORGANE DU ROULEMENT ET PROCEDE DE FABRICATION D’UN LIMITEUR DE COUPLE COMPRENANT UN TEL COMPOSANT D'ARRET AXIAL L’invention concerne un dispositif d'amortissement (1) pour une chaîne cinématique, comprenant : - un volant primaire (2), comprenant un moyeu central (29) apte à être connecté à un arbre menant, et un volant secondaire (3), mobiles en rotation l’un par rapport à l’autre autour d’un axe (X), - un amortisseur de torsion (4) d’organes élastiques (40) pour transmettre un couple et amortir les acyclismes de rotation entre les volants primaire (2) et secondaire (3), - un limiteur de couple (5) préassemblé, comprenant un organe d’entrée (5A) de couple recevant les organes élastiques (40), un organe de sortie (5B) de couple connecté au volant secondaire (3), et au moins une rondelle d’étanchéité (58) rapportée solidairement sur l’organe de sortie (5B), dans lequel le volant secondaire (3) est guidé sur le moyeu central (25) du volant primaire (2) au moyen d’un organe de roulement (6) monté en partie dans le volant secondaire (3), l’organe de roulement (6) étant maintenu axialement par le volant secondaire (3) d’une part, et par une extrémité additionnelle (90) d’un composant d’arrêt (9) du limiteur de couple (5) d’autre part, le composant d’arrêt (9) du limiteur de couple (5) étant choisi parmi l’organe de sortie (52, 53) et la rondelle d’étanchéité (58), l’extrémité additionnelle (90) du composant d’arrêt (9) étant réalisée par déformation de matière et/ou retrait de matière.
