Moule à fromage (1) comportant au moins une pièce (10) en matière thermoplastique, la pièce présentant deux faces principales parallèles opposées, dites respectivement face intérieure (11) et face extérieure (12), et comprenant un multiplicité de perforations traversantes (2) selon l’épaisseur de la pièce d’une face à l’autre, caractérisé en ce que chaque perforation (2) est en deux parties de géométrie distincte, une première partie (3) formant une cavité d’empreinte débouchant sur la face intérieure (11), et une seconde partie (4) de forme longitudinale constituant un conduit traversant qui communique en entrée de manière centralisée avec ladite cavité et débouche en sortie sur la face extérieure (12).
