Le boîtier (1) est en deux parties (1a, 1b) avec des moyens d’articulation (5) des deux parties (1a, 1b) l’une avec l’autre entre une position ouverte et une position fermée du boîtier (1), une première partie (1a) comprenant des moyens de solidarisation (9) coopérant avec des moyens complémentaires (9a) portés par une deuxième partie (1b) en position fermée du boîtier (1), les deux parties (1a, 1b) délimitant intérieurement le conduit (6) en position fermée, le conduit (6) étant de forme courbe en reliant l’embouchure (2) et le débouché (3) désalignés l’un par rapport à l’autre dans une direction transversale au boîtier (1).
