La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage de pots (1) avant leur remplissage, notamment par un produit alimentaire, ledit dispositif comportant un moyen d’amenée desdits pots (1) selon une première direction horizontale (H1), un moyen de projection (3) d’air comprimé, un moyen d’ionisation (4), un moyen d’aspiration (5) de l’air, et au moins un moyen de maintien (6) desdits pots (1) contre leur mouvement vers ledit moyen d’aspiration (5) de l’air, ledit au moins un moyen de maintien (6) comportant deux rails (7) parallèles à ladite première direction horizontale (H1), caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un moyen de maintien (6) comporte en outre un moyen de translation verticale (8) desdits rails (7) relativement au reste du dispositif de nettoyage. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d’un dispositif selon l’invention.
