Abstract

The invention relates to a device for evacuating fecal and urinary matter, intimately, hygienically and safely. It consists of a long handle, rigid, unbreakable and stable for handling. The curved double part in roundness in prolongation of the handle serves to empty the feces by movements up and down on the vaginal wall anal side and to evacuate the urine by a pressure side bladder, without turning the spatula. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to empty feces and urine in cases of constipation, organ descents or intimate muscle insufficiencies.

The present invention relates to a device making it possible to evacuate those and urine by vaginal introduction, during faecal and urinary emptying problems in the event of constipation or typical problems with organ descent ...

The evacuation of those can be done manually by the vagina using the thumb which is not very practical and not as effective and hygienic. The thumb is narrower, shorter and therefore less effective. The risk of injury to the nail is possible and it is very unpleasant to defecate on the fingers. There are also medication and anal solutions that cannot be used regularly without complications and greater risks of anal fissures and hemorrhoids.

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. It has a handle with a decreasing width of 6 to 12 mm + 10 mm (less than two phalanges of the hand), a length of 135 mm +/- 20mm (greater than the width of the hand plus the length of the thumb) and d '' thickness of 2.5 mm + 5 mm, allowing a stable and efficient grip and not exposing the fingers to fecal evacuation. It is also composed, as an extension of the handle, of a rounded double end of basic size of 30 mm in width +/- 10mm, 16 mm in thickness +/- 10mm and 50mm +/- 20mm in length, allowing an introduction very soft and safe vaginal (lubricate if necessary) which empties the solid matter by movements up and down against the rear wall of the vagina and urinary evacuation by simple pressure on the front wall, without turning the device and without risk of injury.

According to the embodiments:

- Several materials can be considered: stainless steel, surgical steel, titanium, all metals compatible with gynecological standards, bakelite, ceramic, all plastics resistant to bending, breakage, hygienic and hypoallergenic, gynecological medical standards. Manufacturing in 3D printer is to be studied according to the standards of plastics used by this technique.

- It is possible to envisage several widths and thicknesses of the double curved device according to possible particular gynecological pathologies.

- The handle can be retractable or foldable for a transport model. In this case, it will be necessary to provide a carrying case containing a space for hygienic wipes.

- In the case of plastic manufacturing, we can bring a choice of colors that will make the object more attractive.

Referring to these drawings, the device has the shape of a long curved double spatula.

It will be important that the device has only well rounded curves in order to be completely safe.

The instrument should be gently inserted into the vagina, adding a lubricating gel if necessary.

The most bulging part should go along the vaginal wall on the anal side. The instrument will flush feces up and down towards the anus and urine by light pressure against the bladder wall.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the evacuation of faecal and urinary matter mechanically by vaginal intimate route.

Claims (6)

1) Device for evacuating faecal matter and urine by vaginal introduction, characterized in that it comprises a rigid handle and resistant to breakage, extended by one end in the shape of a double convex spoon allowing the evacuation of faecal matter by a movement from top to bottom against the vaginal wall on the anal side and the urine by pressure on the bladder side. 2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the handle is of decreasing width from 6 to 12 mm + 10 mm (less than two phalanges of the hand), of length from 135 mm +/- 20mm (greater than the width of the hand plus thumb length) and thickness of 2.5 mm + 5 mm, allowing a stable and efficient grip and not exposing the fingers to fecal evacuation. It is also composed, as an extension of the handle, of a rounded double end with a basic size of 30 mm in width +/- 10 mm, 16 mm in thickness +/- 10mm and 50mm +/- 20mm in length. The basic size being referred to stainless steel and an average vaginal size. The sizes are to be recalculated according to the different materials used and specific gynecological pathological cases. 3) Device according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the materials used may be stainless or surgical steel, titanium, all precious metals conforming to gynecological standards or all plastics, ceramics, bakelite, respecting the standards of resistance to rigidity, breakage, intimate hygiene and anaiiergique. 4) Device according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it is manufactured in 3D printing based on plastics. 5) Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle can be retractable or foldable for a transport model 6) A storage or transport kit including; 1) a device according to claims 1 to 5 and 2) a case containing a space for hygienic linen.
