Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de structures d'une fibre optique au niveau d'une zone de couplage (200) d'une face d'un dispositif (100), la fibre optique étant pourvue selon une extrémité d'un moyen de couplage destiné à coopérer avec les structures de manière à coupler optiquement la fibre optique avec la zone de couplage (200), le procédé comprenant : a) une étape de collage d'un capot (600) sur la face (110) qui comprend un fond (610) et une paroi (620), un premier capot (601) étant en recouvrement de la zone de couplage (200) ; b) la formation d'une couche d'encapsulation ; c) une étape d'amincissement qui comprend le retrait du fond (610) du capot (600) et d'une épaisseur de la couche d'encapsulation, la paroi (620) du capot (600) restante formant la structure de couplage et d'alignement.
