Abstract
Un dispositif d'assistance (DA) équipe un véhicule (V) analysant une zone (ZA) située devant lui pour déterminer une première position relative d'un être vivant (EV). Ce dispositif (DA) comprend une source (SO) orientable et délivrant un faisceau lumineux (FL) pointant une sous-zone de cette zone (ZA), et des moyens de contrôle (MCT) déterminant soit une première orientation de la source (SO) adaptée au pointage d'une sous-zone ayant une seconde position relative fonction de la vitesse du véhicule (V) et de la position angulaire du volant (VV), en l'absence de détermination de la première position relative, soit une deuxième orientation de la source (SO) assurant un éclairage d'une sous-zone ayant la première position relative lorsque cette dernière a été déterminée et est située dans une première portion latérale (PL11) jouxtant une portion centrale (PC) où va passer le véhicule (V).
