Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Filtre à particules (3) comportant une matrice en céramique poreuse définissant des canaux et composée de modules unitaires orientés tous substantiellement parallèlement à l’axe longitudinal dudit filtre et assemblés les uns aux autres par leurs parois latérales, caractérisé en ce que ladite matriôe comprend N types de modules unitaires (20,21) présentant des valeurs de contre-pression initiales différentes, les N types de modules étant répartis en zones s’alternant dans la section de la matrice.
- 2. Filtre à particules (3) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que N = 2, avec un premier type de modules unitaires (20) présentant une première valeur de contre-pression CP1 et un deuxième type de modules unitaires (21) présentant une deuxième valeur de contre-pression CP2 inférieure à la première, avec un ratio CP1/CP2 d’au moins 1,5, et notamment d’au moins 2.
- 3. Filtre à particules (3) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que N = 2, avec une répartition en damier des deux types de modules (20,21) dans la matrice.
- 4. Filtre à particules (3) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que N = 2, avec un ratio N1/N2 du nombre de modules (21) du premier type sur le nombre de modules du deuxième type (20) compris entre 0,4 et 0,7.
- 5. Filtre à particules (3) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les zones contiennent au plus 3 modules d’un même type de module, notamment au plus 2 et de préférence 1 seul module.
- 6. Filtre à particules (3) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que N = 3, avec une répartition en damier 4$4êux types de modules dans la matrice dans sa partie centrale, et un troisième type de modules à sa périphérie et présentant une contre-pression inférieure à celles des deux autres types de module .
- 7. Filtre à particules (3) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque module d’un type donné est entouré latéralement par des modules d’un autre type ou d’autres types.
- 8. Filtre à particules (3) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’il est muni d’au moins un revêtement catalytique, notamment un revêtement catalytique de traitement des NOx par réduction.
- 9. Filtre à particules (3) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que seuls les modules unitaires de plus faible contre-pression initiale sont munis du revêtement catalytique.
- 10. Procédé régénération thermique du filtre à particules (3) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la régénération se déclenche d’abord dans les modules (21) aux plus faibles contre-pressions initiales.
