Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de déchets comprenant au moins une phase organique, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : a) préparation d'une émulsion huile-dans-eau avec une DTO contrôlée à partir d'un déchet à traiter comprenant au moins une phase organique, par mélange dans un mélangeur, de préférence à haut cisaillement, dudit déchet avec une phase aqueuse; b) éventuellement ajustement de la DTO de l'émulsion obtenue à l'étape a) ; c) oxydation hydrothermale en conditions de démarrage sous-critiques ou supercritiques de l'émulsion ainsi obtenue. La présente invention concerne également une installation adaptée pour la mise en œuvre du procédé de traitement de déchets comprenant au moins une phase organique selon l'invention.
