Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de pièces en un matériau thermoplastique par moulage par injection ou thermocompression, au moyen d'un dispositif de moule en au moins deux parties comprenant une première partie formant noyau ou poinçon, généralement mobile, et au moins une seconde partie formant cavité ou matrice, généralement fixe, les deux parties présentant des surfaces destinées à définir par coopération au moins le volume correspondant à la pièce à mouler ou à thermoformer. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, au moins avant le démarrage de la production d'une série de nouvelles pièces, à mettre en place dans la seconde partie (2") au moins un insert modifiant la surface de conformation ou de façonnage de cette seconde partie (2"), ladite mise en place étant effectuée par l'intermédiaire de la première partie (2') mobile, avec réalisation d'un positionnement indexé et établissement d'une liaison de solidarisation rigide amovible entre l'insert et la seconde partie (2"), en effectuant une fermeture du dispositif de moule.
