Claims (15)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif de traitement (1) des gaz d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion, comportant successivement dans une même enveloppe métallique : a) un ensemble de dépollution (3) comportant : - un mélangeur apte à homogénéiser les gaz d'échappement ; - un catalyseur de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azote ; - un filtre à particules ; b) un silencieux (4).
- 2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le catalyseur de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azote et le filtre à particules sont constitués d'un unique monolithe filtrant enduit d'une imprégnation catalytique adaptée à la réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d'azote.
- 3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, comportant en outre l'embouchure d'un moyen d'introduction de réducteur (5), en amont du mélangeur (2).
- 4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, comportant en outre l'embouchure d'un moyen d'introduction de réducteur (5) directement dans le mélangeur (2).
- 5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre un catalyseur d'oxydation.
- 6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mélangeur (2) est du type présentant une face d'entrée des gaz d'échappement et un face de sortie des gaz d'échappement, et dans lequel la distance moyenne parcourue par les gaz dans le mélangeur est au moins trois fois supérieure à la distance entre la face d'entrée et la face de sortie du mélangeur.
- 7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, le mélangeur (2) présentant une forme sensiblement cylindrique, dans lequel la longueur du cylindre est comprise entre 50mmet 100mm et la distance moyenne parcourue par les gaz dans le mélangeur est comprise entre 200mm et 400mm.
- 8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'enveloppe est sensiblement prismatique droite, ou cylindrique droite.
- 9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ensemble de dépollution (3), et le silencieux (4), sont disposés coaxialement, l'un à la suite de l'autre.
- 10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'enveloppe présente, entre l'ensemble de dépollution (3) et le silencieux (4), un système permettant son ouverture non destructive puis sa refermeture de sorte à permettre un remplacement de l'un des éléments internes à l'enveloppe.
- 11. Véhicule automobile comportant un moteur à combustion équipé d'une ligne d'échappement comportant un dispositif de traitement (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- 12. Véhicule selon la revendication 11, le moteur étant disposé dans un espace sous capot avant du véhicule, le véhicule présentant en outre un plancher, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 est intégralement disposé sous le plancher du véhicule.
- 13. Véhicule selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la ligne d'échappement comporte en outre un catalyseur d'oxydation, disposé dans l'espace sous capot.
- 14. Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, le véhicule présentant un train avant et un train arrière, dans lequel la ligne d'échappement ne comporte aucun silencieux en arrière du train arrière.
- 15. Véhicule selon la revendication 14, dans lequel la ligne d'échappement présente une embouchure de sortie des gaz d'échappement (7) en avant du train arrière.
