DISPOSITIF POUR BASSIN D'AGRÉMENT DOMAINE D'APPLICATION DE L'INVENTION La présente invention a trait au domaine des bassins de piscine et notamment aux adaptations permettant de profiter au mieux des fonctionnalités d'un abri de piscine. DESCRIPTION DE L'ART ANTÉRIEUR Les abris de piscine constituent des enceintes autour des bassins de piscine permettant notamment d'en contrôler l'accès, d'en garantir la propreté et de créer des conditions de température supérieures à celles de l'extérieur. Lorsque les bassins de piscine sont disposés à une certaine distance de l'habitation, l'utilisateur du bassin doit, une fois déshabillé, se déplacer plus ou moins longtemps à l'extérieur avant d'accéder au bassin. Ainsi, bien que l'eau puisse être maintenue à une température agréable, l'utilisateur est soumis avant et après son bain à la température de l'air extérieur. Les abris hauts bien dimensionnés résolvent en partie ce problème en proposant un volume permettant de disposer d'une surface couverte à proximité du bassin et à l'intérieur de l'enceinte tempérée proposée par l'abri. Cette surface peut être utilisée pour permettre au baigneur de réaliser dans l'enceinte tempérée toutes les actions (se changer, se sécher, etc..) précédant ou suivant le bain proprement dit. Néanmoins, il n'est pas toujours possible d'équiper le bassin d'un abri haut. De plus, en dehors de la surface utile elle-même, aucun équipement n'est spécifiquement prévu pour apporter l'intimité classiquement recherchée lors de telles actions. Afin de diminuer le temps d'exposition à l'air - 2 extérieur ou les nécessaires aller-retour entre le lieu où se change le baigneur et le bassin, il existe des constructions de taille généralement modeste connues sous l'anglicisme de "pool house" ou cabanon de piscine construites de façon indépendante à proximité du bassin. Une telle construction offre un lieu plus proche du bassin permettant au baigneur de se changer en toute intimité, d'avoir accès à des sanitaires, etc... Le baigneur doit néanmoins être en contact avec l'air extérieur avant ou après son bain malgré la présence d'un abri. Il existe également des configurations où l'abri haut dispose d'une entrée communiquant avec l'habitation résolvant les inconvénients précités. En dehors de cette dernière situation rarement mise en oeuvre, il apparaît que l'accès et la sortie d'un bassin équipé d'un abri de piscine formant une enceinte tempérée peut être améliorée. DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION Partant de cet état de fait, la demanderesse a mené 20 des recherches visant à proposer une solution aux inconvénients ci-dessus décrits. Ces recherches ont abouti à la conception d'un dispositif remarquable en ce qu'il réunit - un bassin de piscine, 25 - un abri de piscine couvrant ledit bassin, - une construction équipée de fonctionnalités au moins de type vestiaire et disposée à proximité du bassin de sorte que le volume intérieur défini par l'abri piscine soit accessible du volume intérieur défini par la 30 construction. Ce dispositif est particulièrement avantageux en ce qu'il propose un ensemble nouveau réunissant le volume intérieur d'une construction permettant d'accueillir des équipements de type vestiaire à celui d'un abri de piscine 35 autorisant ainsi pour le baigneur l'accès au bassin sans contact avec l'extérieur immédiatement avant ou après le - 3 - bain. Ladite construction va permettre également de mettre à disposition du baigneur tout type d'équipement habituellement associé à un bassin de piscine. Selon une autre caractéristique particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention, ladite construction est positionnée partiellement au-dessus du bassin de sorte que le bassin soit accessible à partir de l'intérieur de la construction malgré la présence extérieure de l'abri. Cette caractéristique définit une surface du bassin couverte par la construction et non par l'abri. Bien entendu, selon une autre configuration possible, ledit abri est composé d'une pluralité d'éléments de toiture, ladite construction étant disposée par rapport à l'abri de sorte qu'un élément de toiture soit au moins partiellement disposé dans la construction. L'accès au bassin pourra être possible : - par le fronton une fois retiré, - par l'ouverture d'une porte ménagée dans l'élément de 20 toiture, - par l'ouverture (par exemple par basculement sur un de ses rebords) de l'élément de toiture lui-même, - par déplacement des éléments de toiture lors de sa phase d'empilage associée à son ouverture, 25 - etc... Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, ledit abri se compose d'une pluralité d'éléments de toiture dont ceux disposés aux extrémités sont équipés de panneaux transversaux dit frontons, ledit fronton constituant une 30 portion de la façade de ladite construction. Cette caractéristique permet de proposer la construction de l'invention sur des bassins déjà équipés d'un abri. Selon une autre configuration, ladite construction comporte un panneau de façade qui épouse le contour 35 extérieur de l'abri de piscine laissant ainsi une certaine liberté quant à la position de l'abri par rapport à la 10 15 - 4 façade. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, ladite construction adopte une forme parallélépipèdique et vient s'associer à un bassin et à un abri bas du type de celui comprenant des éléments de toiture se composant chacun d'une couverture et d'une armature rigide formée d'au moins deux arceaux latéraux disposés dans des plans transversaux et entretoisés par des traverses longitudinales avec deux traverses extrêmes délimitant deux bordures parallèles longitudinales reposant de part et d'autre du bassin. Afin que ce dispositif puisse laisser la liberté d'apprécier les conditions extérieures lorsque le climat le permet, ladite construction comporte un panneau de façade mobile qui passe d'une position de fermeture du volume proposé par la construction, à une position relevée d'ouverture. Ce panneau mobile peut séparer les deux volumes en formant le fronton de l'abri ou celui comme décrit plus haut complétant la façade déjà constituée par la forme extérieure de l'abri. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Based on this state of affairs, the Applicant has conducted research aimed at proposing a solution to the disadvantages described above.
