Abstract

L'invention concerne un agencement (11) de coussin de sécurité gonflable de planche de bord de véhicule automobile, comprenant un volet couvrant un module de coussin de sécurité, un lien (18) solidarisé au volet et à des moyens fixes (16) rigidement solidaires de la planche de bord pour constituer une articulation du volet par rapport à la planche de bord. Selon l'invention, une portion (21) du lien (18) entoure une butée (19) faisant partie des moyens fixes (16) tout en étant fixée à ces moyens fixes (16) à une certaine distance de cette butée (19), de telle manière que sur ouverture du volet, le lien linéaire (18) s'arrache des moyens fixes (16) pour venir en appui sur la butée (19) afin de libérer une longueur supplémentaire de lien permettant d'accroître la mobilité du volet.
