Description

Barquette d'emballage en carton ou matière semi-rigide, notamment pour des produits alimentaires de type sandwichs ou hamburgers L'invention concerne une barquette d'emballage en carton ou matière semi-rigide, notamment pour des produits alimentaires de type sandwichs ou hamburgers. On connaît par le brevet US 4 360 147 une telle barquette, comportant essentiellement une partie réceptrice de produit alimentaire à forme de boîtier ouvert par sa face supérieure, et une partie couvercle, également à forme de boîtier, complémentaire de la partie réceptrice, apte à fermer la partie réceptrice et articulée à cette dernière en vue de fermer la barquette après introduction du produit alimentaire, par au moins une patte d'attache à son côté opposé à son articulation. La fermeture est réalisée par une languette semi-découpée de la patte d'attache d'un côté de la partie réceptrice, destinée à être introduite et retenue dans une fente complémentaire d'un côté correspondant de la partie couvercle. Néanmoins, la patte d'attache fait saillie à l'extérieur sur le côté de la barquette et détruit la planéité de ce côté, en sorte qu'il ne peut servir comme face de support de la barquette avec son produit alimentaire. L'invention vise à pallier cet inconvénient en proposant une barquette d'emballage en carton ou matière semi-rigide, notamment pour des produits alimentaires de type sandwichs ou hamburgers comportant une partie réceptrice de produit alimentaire à forme de boîtier ouvert par sa face supérieure et une partie couvercle, articulée à la partie réceptrice, également à forme de boîtier complémentaire de la partie réceptrice, apte à fermer la partie réceptrice par son articulation après introduction du produit alimentaire, cette fermeture de la barquette étant assurée par au moins une patte d'attache à son côté opposé à l'articulation, caractérisée en ce que la patte d'attache de fermeture de la barquette est formée sur un côté de la barquette opposé à l'articulation des parties réceptrice et de couvercle, et comporte sur ce côté de la partie réceptrice ou de la partie couvercle au moins une avancée apte à être engagée en prise dans une fente complémentaire formée sur le côté correspondant opposé de la partie couvercle ou de la partie réceptrice respectivement, cette avancée étant apte à venir dans la fente à la fermeture de la barquette, à l'extérieur de la face de fermeture de la barquette ainsi réalisée pour la retenir fermée sous une forme sensiblement plane, cette face de fermeture étant en outre d'une configuration, surface et orientation telles à permettre le support de la barquette et de son produit alimentaire par cette face de fermeture.
