Abstract

  These devices make it possible to arrange the joinery vertically and against each other, resting against the vertical panel.

  Conventionally, the tray is a wooden pallet and the panel is made of a mainly wooden structure also, the wood material being used for mainly economic reasons related to the cost of the raw material, the ease of its shaping and its assembly.

  In addition, these devices implement stiffening means constituted by struts intended to be fixed by one of their ends to an amount of the panel and the other of their ends to the plate.

  Currently, it is common to provide manufacturers of industrial joinery such devices in the form of ready-to-assemble sets. We therefore deliver trays, panels and struts that are assembled by the carpentry manufacturer as and when needed.

  This transport device of the prior art has several disadvantages.

  In the first place, the assembly is carried out by placing nails with pneumatic hammers. This assembly is a tedious operation which proves to be a very time-consuming task given the large number of devices that an industrial joinery manufacturer is brought to use.

  Moreover, once released from their load, these devices remain bulky. Also, their return to the workshops of the manufacturer of joinery is generally done in relatively small numbers in the same transport. It is therefore necessary to increase the number of transports to organize the repatriation of these devices, which of course tends to increase the cost of transport.

  Another disadvantage lies in the relative fragility of these devices. Indeed, the various manipulations of these devices, particularly during the return during which they can be heaped in a disordered manner, tend to deteriorate. Their use is therefore rather limited in time, which requires a regular renewal and corresponding costs for the manufacturer of joinery.

  The invention particularly aims to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

  More specifically, the invention aims to provide a transport device intended in particular for the transport of joinery as mentioned above, the operation of which is cheaper than the devices of the prior art, particularly with regard to the costs related to to their repatriation.

  The invention also aims to provide such a transport device whose mounting can be obtained more easily and faster than with traditional devices.

  In this sense, the invention also aims to provide such a device that can be assembled and assembled without specialized tools.

  Another object of the invention is to provide such a device which is more durable than those of the prior art.

  Yet another objective is to provide such a device that allows to consider the recycling of at least some elements that compose it.

  Yet another object of the invention is to provide such a device which is simple in design and easy to implement.

  These objectives, as well as others which will appear later, are achieved thanks to the invention which relates to a transport device intended in particular for the transport of joinery such as doors or windows, comprising at least one tray, at at least one substantially vertical panel mounted on said plate so as to form a support structure, and stiffening means for rigidifying said support structure, characterized in that it comprises removable connection means on the one hand between said one or more plates and said panel or panels, and secondly, between said support structure and said stiffening means.

  In this way, thanks to the presence of removable connecting means, the main components of the transport device can be separated from each other, in particular for their storage during their repatriation.

  Indeed, once disassembled, the constituent elements of transport devices intended to be repatriated can be stacked or stored relative to each other in different configurations possible, this in order to make them occupy a smaller footprint than at home. assembled state.

  Thus, the same truck may contain more transport devices according to the invention, which allows to consider significant gains in repatriation costs of these devices.

  Moreover, as will become clearer later, such transport devices can be mounted quickly and without tools by the personnel of manufacturers of industrial joineries.

  According to an advantageous solution, said plate has at least two lateral housings intended to receive the base of the lateral uprights of said panel.

  The assembly and disassembly of the panel on the tray can be made easily and quickly, since it is sufficient to introduce the amounts in the housing provided for this purpose or remove them from these housing.

  In this case, said panel has at least one lower cross member connecting said lateral uprights and intended to form a stop against said plate.

  Such a crossbar, once abutted against the plate, contributes to the rigidity and stability of the assembly between the panel and the plate. Thus, at the time of assembly, a first step is to mount the panel on the plate. Thanks to the means just described, the panel remains in equilibrium on the plate during the establishment of the stiffening means which will be described later.

  According to a preferred solution, said connecting means removable between said stiffening means and said support structure comprise mounting / dismounting means for modifying the configuration of said stiffening means between at least two positions: an active position, wherein said means for rigidification extend rigidly between said plate and said panel; a storage position, wherein said stiffening means are folded substantially in alignment with one of the elements of said support structure.

  Thus, one can very conveniently and quickly change the position, and therefore the function, stiffening means.

  Preferably, said stiffening means comprise at least one strut extending between a lateral upright of said panel and said plate.

  In this case, said one or more struts are advantageously pivotally mounted at one of their ends on a lateral upright of said panel, the other end of said strut or struts having removable holding means intended to cooperate with complementary means provided on said plate for maintaining said strut in said stiffening position.

  In this way, the stiffening means constituted by the struts can occupy a storage position along the lateral uprights.

  It is therefore not necessary to completely separate these struts from the panel that supports them to disassemble the panel and the tray that make up a transport device according to the invention.

  Advantageously, each strut is pivotally mounted about an axis that can be displaced along said lateral uprights of said panel.

  In this case, said axis is preferably carried by a sleeve slidably mounted on a lateral upright of said panel.

  It is therefore possible to move the struts along the uprights of the panel, by means of the end of the struts pivotally mounted on these uprights, particularly in order to adapt their position relative to the ground (or a other element present under the transport device), in particular when these struts are in the storage position.

  According to an advantageous solution, said removable holding means of each of said struts comprises a groove opening intended to cooperate with a lug carried by said plate.

  It is therefore understood that one obtains the active position of the legs of forces by pivoting (around the axis carried by the corresponding amount) those up to engage their groove in the corresponding lug of the plate. On the contrary, by pivoting them in the opposite direction, these struts can be brought back to the storage position.

  According to a preferred solution, said groove has two portions substantially at right angles to one another, an insertion portion and a latching portion.

  In this way, one can somehow lock the active position of the force legs, which may be advisable because of jolts and vibrations that are exerted on the device during transport.

  This aspect is therefore combined with the fact that the axis on which the struts are pivotally mounted, is movable along the amounts of the panel. In fact, after having engaged the groove in the corresponding lug, the other end of the struts is moved along the corresponding upright so that the lug engages the locking portion, thus preventing any movement. pivoting the strut and now therefore it in its active position of stiffening.

  Advantageously, the device comprises a cache of each lug.

  This avoids the appearance of protruding parts of the transport device, against which staff could collide and possibly be injured, the risk being increased, because such devices being caused to be moved often, possibly in reduced environments .

  With reference to FIG. 1, a transport device intended in particular for transporting joineries such as doors or windows comprises a plate 1 and a panel 2 mounted substantially vertically on the plate 1 to form a support structure, force 3 being mounted between the panel 2 and the plate 1 to stiffen the support structure.

  According to the present embodiment, the plate 1 is constituted by a wooden pallet comprising dice 11 on and under which are fixed boards. Furthermore, the panel 2 (FIGS. 3 and 4) has a structure essentially made of wood, formed by lateral uprights 21 interconnected by a plurality of crosspieces 22.

  As an indication, the dimensions of such an assembly are as follows: plateau: length varying (depending on the model) from 1200 mm to 2200 mm, width of 1100 mm and height of 160 mm; panel: height varying (depending on the model) from 1800 mm to 2260 mm, width varying (according to the model) from 1260 mm to 1800 mm and thickness of 140 mm.

  As shown in FIG. 1, the assembly of the panel 2 on the plate 1 is carried out by means of parts 12, attached to the median dice of the plate 1 (or on other dice, depending on the position that we want to occupy the panel with respect to the plateau).

  Such parts 12 are illustrated in more detail in FIG. 2. As it appears, these parts 12 have a first part 121 intended to surround one die of the plate 1, this first part being extended by a housing element 122 intended to receive the base of a lateral amount 21 of the panel 2.

  It is noted that the panel 2 has a lower cross member 221 intended to bear on the upper boards of the plate 1 when the lateral uprights 21 of the panel 2 are introduced into the housings 122 of the parts 12.   Thanks to the means that have just been described, according to the principle of the invention, therefore, removable connection means are obtained between, on the one hand, the panel 2 and the plate 1 and, on the other hand, between the struts and the support structure.

  It is noted that the shafts 41 are carried by a sheath 4 (constituted in this case by a metal part) intended to be slidably mounted on a lateral upright 31 of the panel 3.

  In addition, the groove 321 formed in the flat 32 of the struts 35 5 has two portions substantially at right angles to one another: an insertion portion 3211 and an engagement portion 3212.

  Thus, the maintenance of a strut 3 in the active position is obtained as follows: the lower end 2 of the strut is pivoted (from a storage position) towards the pin 51 present at the angle of the plate 1 until the lug 51 is introduced into the insertion portion 3211 of the groove 321 and brought to the bottom of this portion.
