FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of dispensers of fluid cosmetic products comprising a dip tube and a dispensing head typically equipped with a pump that can be activated manually, so as to dispense a dose. cosmetic product, liquid or pasty, at each manual pressure.

STATE OF THE ART In state-of-the-art dispensers, the dispensing head is necessarily provided with a dip tube when the dispenser is used in a vertical position with its head placed at its upper part.

On the other hand, the dispenser is obviously devoid of a dip tube if it is used, in an inverted manner, with its head located below the level of said fluid cosmetic product.

PROBLEM POSED On the one hand, more and more distributors include a transparent bottle, and this for various reasons, reasons of an aesthetic nature or in relation to fashion in general, and with the fashion of transparency in particular, n not the least of these reasons. However, in distributors according to the prior art, the dip tube is substantially centered with respect to the distributor and therefore perfectly visible when the bottle of the distributor is transparent, so that this element most often harms the general aesthetics of the distributor.

The invention aims to provide an answer to these problems in the case of distributors of liquid or pasty products, typically in the case of cosmetic products.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to the invention, the dispenser of a fluid, liquid or pasty product, typically a cosmetic product, comprises a bottle containing said fluid product, said bottle comprising a side wall, a bottom and an upper orifice closed by a dispensing head secured to said bottle, said head comprising, in addition to an orifice for the flow of said product towards the outside, a means which can be actuated manually, typically by pressing a push button, to ensure, by means of a tube immersed in said fluid product, the flow of said fluid product through said orifice, and is characterized in that said wall is made of transparent material, and in that all or part of said tube follows said wall, typically at a short distance and tangentially to said wall, so as to mask all or part of said tube and thus to increase the visual impression of transparency of the bottle.

Thus, the distributors according to the invention solve the problems posed and offer new possibilities both to diversify the supply of new products and to provide these products with a highly distinctive characteristic compared to known distributors, and which completely renews the classic image of distributors.

In the dispenser of FIGS. 4 and 4a, the bottle (3) comprises a side wall (4) of round section in which a channel 42 is formed.

In the dispenser of Figures 5 and 5a, the bottle (3) comprises a side wall (4) of frustoconical section and the tube (7) tangentially runs along the wall (4).

 According to a first embodiment of the invention, said tube (7) can run along said wall (4) at a short distance from the latter, typically less than 10 mm, preferably less than 5 mm, or even against the wall itself , said tube and said wall having the same profile so as to merge visually, as has been shown diagrammatically in FIGS. 1, 2 and 5.

According to a variant of this modality, as illustrated in FIG. 2, said wall (4) can comprise two lateral faces (41) making a right or acute angle between them, and in which all or part of said tube (7) is placed tangentially in said acute angle.

According to another embodiment of the invention, said tube (7) can be embedded in said wall (4). Thus, said wall (4) may include an axial groove (40) in which is embedded all or part of said tube (7), possibly by clipping or snap-fastening.

This method is illustrated in Figures 3 and 6a.

Figure 3 shows schematically the case where the tube is simply placed in the axial groove (40), while Figure 6a shows schematically the case where the axial groove comprises latching lips (400), so that the tube, which can be a flexible tube, can match any shape of the wall (4), without risk of deviating from this wall.

According to another embodiment of the invention, said wall (4) of the dispenser (1) may include in its thickness a channel (42) forming said tube, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 4a. Such a wall with a channel can be obtained by molding the wall with a needle.

Whatever the method of the invention, said head (8) can comprise either a pump P (81) actuable by manual pressure, so as to deliver a dose of said fluid product at each manual pressure, or a valve V (82) when the interior of said bottle (3) is under pressure thanks to a propellant gas, so as to deliver said product as long as manual pressure is exerted on said head, typically on its push button (83). As the invention is not limited to a

 particular means, although in practice a pump P is often used, the indications "P or V" have been given, with regard to the head (8), in all of the figures. Preferably, the connection between said pump (81), or said valve (82), and said tube (7) can be eccentric relative to a vertical axis of symmetry (30) of said bottle (3) or of its upper orifice, as illustrated in the figures.

For this, it is advantageous that said pump (81) or said valve (82) is positioned perpendicular to said tube (7) or to said vertical axis of symmetry (30), so that said connection can be located as close as possible to the periphery of said upper orifice of said wall (4). In this case, the pump or the valve are actuated by displacement of the pusher (83) in a direction (84) which is substantially that (20) of the jet of fluid, as illustrated in all the figures, except in FIG. 6. It is not excluded to have, as illustrated in FIG. 6, a pusher (83) in a direction (84) perpendicular to the direction (20).

According to the invention, said bottle (3) can comprise an attached bottom (6), as illustrated in FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, in particular in the case where the manufacture of said dispenser (1) may require it.

Advantageously, said bottom (5,6) may comprise a bowl or hollow part (50,60) capable of collecting the last drops of said fluid product (2), said tube (7,70) or channel (42) comprising a lower end opening into said bowl (50,60), so as to be able to distribute almost all of said fluid product (2).

All the distributors (1) shown in the figures include a bowl (50,60).

In the distributors (1) according to the invention, at least 50% of the height of said tube (7,70) or channel (42) is masked by said wall (4), and preferably at least 80%, or even entirely .

By "masked" is meant not making the tube invisible for an attentive eye, but the fact of melting it visually with the wall so that at least the entire central part of the bottle is free of any object other than the content dispenser fluid,

 and so that nothing comes to disturb the aesthetics of the distributor, knowing that this is one of the essential points in the field of cosmetic products, and that thus the look of the user cannot be captured and diverted by a functional accessory having no particular aesthetic character.

 According to the invention, said distributor (1) can be formed by forcibly assembling, screwing or snapping on said head (8), optionally comprising said tube (7) having the profile of said wall (4), on said bottle (3 ).

The wall (4) of the bottle (3) can be a molded wall, in particular made of thermoplastic material. This molded wall may comprise, as already indicated, an axial groove (40) capable of masking said tube (7), or a channel (42) forming said tube itself.

Said wall (4) can also be molded on said head (8), possibly provided with said tube, so as to form in this case an overmolded tube (70), which constitutes another method of assembling the head (8) on the bottle (3).

According to another variant, said molded wall (4) can comprise said channel (42) forming said tube. In this case, it is preferable for a question of feasibility that said bottom is an added bottom (6) typically comprising said bowl (60).

Said wall (4) of said bottle (3) can be made of glass or any other transparent material other than thermoplastic materials, and said bottom (5) can be an attached bottom (6) or not. When the bottom is an added bottom (6), it can be made of the same material as the wall (4), or possibly be made of a different material, in particular for aesthetic reasons.

It may be advantageous for said wall (4) and said tube (7) to be made of the same material, or of materials having substantially the same refractive index.

According to another possibility of the invention, and as illustrated in FIGS. 6a and 6b, the dispenser (1) may include an external covering (9) covering the part of the wall (4) of the bottle along which follows said tube. (7.70) or said channel (42), of

 so as to make totally invisible said tube or said channel while ensuring total transparency of the rest of the bottle.

EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENTS FIGS. 1 to 6b constitute nonlimiting examples of embodiment of dispensers according to the invention.

Dispensers for toilet water have thus been produced comprising a head (8) fitted with a pump P, the orifice (80) forming a spray nozzle, a tube (7) or portion of tube being fitted into said pump.

The bottles (3) were made of plastic by molding.

Distributor according to FIG. 1: the bottle (3) was produced separately, and the head (8) provided with a tube (7) fitted in said head was forcibly assembled on this bottle.

Distributor according to FIG. 2: apart from the wall (4) and the attached bottom (6) of the bottle, the head (8) provided with the tube (7) was forcibly assembled, the tube being placed in a inside corner of the wall (4).

ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION The invention discloses a new family of dispensers, intended mainly but not exclusively for the packaging of fluid cosmetic products.

It allows, if not economically at least without significant additional cost, to renew the image of distributors and give them in particular much greater transparency.

 CLAIMS 1. Dispenser (1) of a fluid (2), liquid or pasty product, typically a cosmetic product, comprising a bottle (3) containing said fluid product, said bottle (3) comprising a side wall (4), a bottom and an upper orifice closed by a dispensing head (8) secured to said bottle (3), said head (8) comprising, in addition to an orifice (80) for the flow of said product towards the outside, means (81, 82) manually operable, typically by pressing a push button (83), to ensure, by means of a tube (7) immersed in said fluid, the flow of said fluid (2) through said orifice (80), characterized in that said wall (4) is transparent, and in that all or part of said tube (7) follows said wall (4), typically at a short distance and tangentially to said wall, so as to mask all or part of said tube (7) and thus increase the visual impression of transparency of the bottle. 2. The dispenser of claim 1 wherein said tube (7) is embedded in said wall (4). 3. Distributor according to claim 2 wherein said wall (4) comprises an axial groove (40) in which is embedded all or part of said tube (7), optionally by clipping or snap-fastening. 4. Dispenser according to claim 1 wherein said wall (4) comprises two lateral faces (41) making a right or acute angle therebetween, and in which all or part of said tube (7) is placed tangentially in said acute angle. 5. The dispenser of claim 1 wherein said wall (4) comprises in its thickness a channel (42) forming said tube. 6. Dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein said head (8) comprises a pump (81) actuatable by manual pressure, so as to deliver a dose of said fluid product at each manual pressure. <Desc / Clms Page number 11>  7. Dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein said head (8) comprises a valve (82), and wherein the interior of said bottle (3) is under pressure, so as to deliver said product as long as manual pressure is exerted on said head, typically on its push button (83). 8. Dispenser according to any one of claims 6 to 7 wherein the connection between said pump (81), or said valve (82), and said tube (7) is eccentric with respect to a vertical axis of symmetry (30) of said bottle (3) or its upper orifice. 9 A dispenser according to claim 8 wherein said pump (81) or said valve (82) is positioned perpendicularly to said tube (7) or to said vertical axis of symmetry (30), so that said connection can be located as close as possible from the periphery of said upper orifice of said wall (4). 10. Distributor according to any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein said bottle (3) comprises an attached bottom (6).  11. A dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 10 wherein said bottom (5,6) comprises a bowl or hollow part (50,60) capable of collecting the last drops of said fluid (2), said tube (7,70 ) or said channel (42) comprising a lower end opening into said bowl (50,60), so as to be able to distribute almost all of said fluid product (2). 12. Distributor according to any one of claims 1 to 11 wherein at least 50% of the height of said tube (7,70) or channel (42) is masked by said wall (4), and preferably at least 80%. 13. Dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 13 formed by force-fitting, screwing or snap-fastening of said head (8) on said bottle (3), said head possibly comprising said tube (7) having the profile of said wall (4 ) 15. Dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 14 wherein said wall (4) is a wall molded from thermoplastic material. 16. The dispenser of claim 15 wherein said molded wall comprises an axial groove (40) capable of masking said tube (7), or a channel (42) forming said tube itself. 17. A dispenser according to any one of claims 15 to 16 wherein said wall (4) is a wall molded on said head (8), optionally provided with said tube, so as to form in this case a molded tube (70). 18. The dispenser of claim 15 wherein said molded wall (4) comprises said channel (42) forming said tube, and wherein said bottom is an attached bottom (6) typically comprising said bowl (60). 19. Dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 14 in which the wall (4) of said bottle (3) is made of glass and in which said bottom (5) is an attached bottom (6) or not. 20. A dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 19 wherein said wall (4) and said tube (7) are made of the same material, or of materials having substantially the same refractive index. 21. Dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 20 comprising an outer covering (9) covering the part of the wall (4) of the bottle along which follows said tube (7, 70) or said channel (42), so making said tube or said channel completely invisible while ensuring total transparency of the rest of the bottle.
