The invention relates to a system for shoe composition by assembling independent elements. The shoes are now finished products, consisting of an upper and a sole, assembled by different processes. Whatever their complexity, these two elements are indissociable and constitute an entire product whose characteristics are determined by its very structure.
There are therefore different models according to the uses, developed specifically, always offered for sale complete pre-defined.
Complex and requiring tools, current processes' assembly and mounting of shoes allow little flexibility in the design of models and prohibit the rapid customization of products at the time of sale.
The system according to the invention makes it possible to create new footwear products, by allowing a single, simplified assembly of the various components of the component. Allowing instantaneous attachment of the sole, the envelope of the upper and the different support elements necessary for the development of a shoe, it uses among other things neither glue nor solvent, based solely on mechanical principles. In one embodiment, the sole, in one or more parts, is composed essentially of a material with a variable volume up to a defined maximum. The envelope of the foot has it solidarization elements characterized in that they describe the contour of the sole having reached its operating volume, oppose the increase of this volume.
The fastening is thus obtained by increasing the volume of the sole after its introduction, matching its fastening elements with those of the upper. The various support elements that may be necessary for the development of the shoe can be grafted onto the same fastening zone. By means of adapted devices, they can exploit the sole sole pair, thus creating a homogeneous whole around a single mounting system.
Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent with the description of some embodiments, this being done with reference to the accompanying drawings; 1 is a perspective and exploded view of a sole according to a particular embodiment of the invention.
Figure 2 is a perspective view and% n cut a vamp corresponding to the sole of Figure 2 in the context of the same particular embodiment.
Figure 3 is a perspective view and cutaway a sole and the base of a upper according to one embodiment of the invention.
Figure 4 is a perspective view and cut away a detail of the shoe according to the same embodiment, having the possibility of grafting various periheric elements on the upper sole veil binding zone.
The soleplate of which FIG. 1 shows the exploded portion is the application of the system according to the invention to a sole consisting of 3 distinct elements (1; 2; 3 ) </ B>, according to an advantageous embodiment. According to this same embodiment, the material of the two front and rear parts (1 and 3) of the soleplate is a coated textile pocket, closed for example by gluing or welding, hermetic to the air and capable of being inflated. The valves 12a and 12b integrated in the pockets of the elements 1 3 allow the inflation with a needle. These pockets may comprise, in particular on their sides, reliefs or grooves (8) intended to accommodate a cable or non-extensible link The height of the elements 1 and 3 here independent of the inflation, the walls 5a, 5b and 6a; each other, two by two by inextensible fibers (7) limiting their spacing, as described in Figures 3 4. Note that these fibers (7) act only in the vertical axis and do not restrict the increase of the lateral volume of elements 1 and 3.
According to this same embodiment, this lateral increase is thwarted by the action of the cable or non-extensible link (4), the latter forming a loop around each of the elements 1 and 3; as shown in Figures 2 and 3. These loops are constitutive of the base of the upper (9), shown in Figure 2. This vamp may indifferently be textile, leather or any other suitable material.
According to obvious variants, the sole shown in Figure 1 may be declined in several versions, monobloc or having elements of different numbers and shapes. Similarly for the corresponding uppers, the shape of the latter depending on the contour of the sole.
The joining of the elements 1 and 3 and of the upper is thus ensured according to this embodiment, by the joint action of the pressure of the elements 1 and 3 exerted on the loops of invariant diameter (4a; 4b) and the reliefs or grooves (8) present on the flanks of the elements 1 and 3 and stabilizing these loops.
The link 4 being integral or part of the upper, it is therefore established that its retention in the groove 8 impl 'that of the upper.
The groove 8, present on the two elements 1 and can accommodate allow the locking of inserts. The heel 10 as described in Figure 4 is thus secured to the assembly by pressing the link 4b on its lower part. Part 2, corresponding to the arch of the sole shown in Figure 1, is maintained on the same principle. Made of a rigid material, it has on its end portions (11,12) in contact with the elements 1 and 3, a relief adapted to its maintenance by the link 4 after inflation of the heel (3) and 1 forefoot (1).
In the case of elements 2 and 10 above described, and according to this particular embodiment, these elements are external to the upper (9) in the finished product.
The system according to the invention, allowing the mechanical attachment of two flexible elements, even likely to deform during their use, is particularly intended for shoe mounting.
