Abstract

Cette invention dont la méthode consiste à faire sécher la banane verte est destinée à permettre aux planteurs de banane de bénéficier d'une autre orientation pour cette culture. Ce séchage qui est simple et pas trop coûteux a besoin d'une application s industrielle ce qui ouvrirait une ère nouvelle d'embauche. Ce qui s'explique par le fait que l'on peut envisager plusieurs applications : la congeler, la transformer en farine, et en fécule.

Description

DEFINITION
La banane verte rentre souvent dans l'alimentation du bétail, en
exploitation, le calibrage fait l'objet de nombreuse perte.
Le séchage de ce fruit peut y remédier et créer d'autres activités nouvelles. Ce séchage consiste d'abord à faire tremper la banane épluchée dans une solution de chlorure de sodium pendant 3 heures, l'égoutter pendant 10 minutes et la faire sécher au soleil pendant 10 heures:
Le résultat est concluant la banane est complètement sèche.

REVENDI[CATIONS
1) Vue l'invention qui est caractérisée par le fait que la banane doit subir un trempage dans une solution de chlorure de sodium et d'eau avant toute tentative de séchage. 2) Selon cette méthode de séchage qui est caractérisée par le fait que la banane
os doit être épluchée.
3) Ce dispositif qui est caractérisé par l'ensemble des revendications I et 2
consiste à faire subir à la banane verte une dégénérescence avant le séchage au soleil
ou dans un four approprié.
4) Vu la méthode de transformation caractérisé par trempage dans to la solution de chlorure de sodium, ce fruit ainsi traité peut subir une congélation
nous permettant de l'employer en cuisine sous diverses formes.
) Vu les revendications 1, 2 et 3 caractérisant le séchage du fruit, elles nous
permettent de transformer ce fruit en farine et en fécule de banane.
6) Vu la revendication n 5 caractérisant la transformation de la banane aucune is disposition spéciale n'est exigée pour la protection du fruit séché, de la farine, de la fécule.
