Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a mouth for depositing objects, in particular healthcare activity waste, the use of which is subject to access control.

Each producer of healthcare waste being required to ensure or have the disposal of the waste it has produced by a specific channel different from that of household waste, the usual channels generally consist of collection at home from the producer, or possibly at a human reception gathering point, or even in a so-called automatic healthcare activity waste gathering center.

With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a tilting door (1) kept normally closed by two manual devices with handles (2) and locked by an electromechanical lock (3) associated with a strike (4).

Said overhead door contains a weighing system consisting of a sensor with a central fulcrum (5) of a class making it homologable within the framework of regulated uses, assembled by screws rigidly between the body of the overhead door (l) and a weighing platform (6) on which the objects are placed. Two adjustment screws (15) acting on two support plates (16) allow the horizontality of the weighing system to be adjusted once the tilting door (1) is in the open position, in order to ensure the best weighing accuracy.

The unlocking of the tilting door (1) for access to the device is subject to access control by checking the information stored on a memory chip card or microprocessor, this personalized card being the individual identification means of its holder.

The reader-encoder located on the front of the device controls the right of access to the device of the holder of the smart card.

A refrigeration unit (23) located outside the waste storage volume maintains the products contained in the rolling bin (12) at a temperature reducing the proliferation of germs and micro-organisms and avoiding foul-smelling emanations. The operation of this refrigeration unit (23) is ensured by a thermostat, which also informs the control system in the event of a fault.

A dressing cabin (24) includes the technical (25) and product storage (26) parts, the volume in contact with the rolling bin (12) containing the waste (26) being coated internally with thermal insulation materials, the interior walls being easily washable and disinfectable. It is of robust construction; it is fitted with a so-called security lockable door.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for grouping healthcare activity waste. According to the description or according to simplified or supplemented variants, it can be used for other types of waste than those of care activities, or for the deposit of all types of objects for which weighing and / or identification of the depositor may prove useful.
