Abstract

Improved prefabricated frame for windows or doors in urban panels, which consists of four framing sections having a closed cross-section, joined in pairs at right angles, two opposite sections (2a-2b) being identical and the two other opposite sections (1-3) being different from each other, each section having a rim which defines a front stop (22) for the window or door to be mounted, and one of these sections having shaped parts (11, 21, 31) for mounting into the corresponding urban panel.

OF URBAN PANELS "
The present invention relates to an improved prefabricated frame, for windows or doors of urban panels.

 The panels consist of two plates, generally metallic, between which a filling material is interposed, with thermal and acoustic insulating characteristics.

 The idea of making panels of this type is found in patent ES 313,883, a pioneer in this field and where panels of the design described above appear.

 Currently, there are panels of this type which allow the construction of the layers forming the latter totally linked or with general conformations defined by a broken line which has opposite successive inlets and outlets following isosceles trapezoids of low height, which increases considerably the possibilities of application of it.

 This type of panel is used in light constructions.

 These panels are arranged side by side which is why, when new panels appear for urban applications and new forms of mounting or coupling, new requirements also appear.

 One of the needs that appear with these new panels and / or coupling modes is the incorporation of windows and / or doors, which is why it is necessary to use prefabricated frames.

The present invention relates to an improved prefabricated frame, for windows or doors of urban panels, which is characterized in that, comprising four framing profiles, assembled two by two at right angles, two opposites are equal to each other and the other two opposites are distinct from each other and, in turn, distinct from the previous ones, ob:
a) these closed section profiles, mounted in urban panels, have conformations for mounting orthogonally in the other contiguous profiles, and a flange which constitutes a front stop for the window or door to be mounted
b) one of these sections also has its own conformations for mounting in the corresponding urban panel.

In particular, these conformations for orthogonal mounting between profiles are
a) on the two opposites, equal to each other, which have a closed quadrangular section, at least one internal protuberance with a recess in which the screw or screws are fixed
b) on the two other sections, distinct from each other, which have a closed "L" section, at least one orifice accessible from the outside and facing the corresponding recess, in which the screws are inserted who settle there.

 In particular, these complementary conformations for mounting one of the profiles in the urban panel are, on one of the wings of this profile, a mortise in which the complementary mounting means are housed.

 FIG. 1 represents a general perspective view of an improved prefabricated frame, for windows or doors of urban panels, according to the invention, with partial sections to assess the geometry of the profiles (1), (2), (3) .

 The present invention relates to an improved prefabricated frame, for windows or doors of urban panels which comprises four framing profiles assembled two by two at right angles.

 According to the invention, and according to the illustrated embodiment of these sections, two of them (2a), (2b) opposite, are equal to each other and the other two (1), (3) opposite, are distinct the one another, and, in turn, distinct from the previous ones (2).

 The two opposite profiles (2), equal to each other, have a closed quadrangular section, conformations (21) for mounting orthogonally on the other profiles (1), (3) contiguous and a flange (22) which determines a front stop. for window or door (v) to mount.

 The other of the profiles (1) has a closed "L" section, conformations (11) for orthogonal mounting on the other contiguous profiles (2) and a flange (13) which determines a front stop for the window or the door. (v) to be assembled.

 The other of the profiles (3) has a closed "L" section, conformations (31) for orthogonal mounting on the other contiguous profiles (2), a flange (33) which determines a front stop for the opposite window (v ) to mount and conformations (34) for mounting in the corresponding urban panel (P) with additional own means - which are not the subject of this model.

 The conformations (11), (31) are orifices passing through one of the walls of one of the wings.

 The conformations (21) are interior protuberances provided with a recess.

 The conformation conformations are orifices (12), (32) which can be closed by a plug.

 The mounting configuration provided in the profile (3) for mounting in the urban panel (P) is a "U" shaped recess (34) in one of the walls of one of the wings.

 With this structuring, the configuration of the prefabricated frame is carried out by positioning the profiles (1), (2), (3) face to face and assembling them by screws (4) inserted in the holes (11), (31 ) which are screwed into the recess of the protrusions (21) and which are accessed for their manipulation by the orifices (12), (32), which can be closed by a plug.

 The assembly of the prefabricated frame thus formed takes place by backing the profiles (2) on the profile (P1) connecting the panel (P) - shown in Figure 3 - and fixing the profiles (1), (3) to corresponding panel (P) with complementary means (P2) - shown in Figure 2 -.
