Abstract

Prosthetic annulus (6, 7) for mitral or tricuspid annuloplasty, consisting of a core and cloth sheath as suture ring. The core makes a full ring with a rigid part (6a, 7a) to rest on the corresponding fibrous trigone (3a, 3b) and an elastic part.
