Abstract
Description
La présente inventioh concerne un dispositif destiné à détruire les varices des membres inférieurs chez l'homme. The present invention relates to a device intended to destroy varicose veins of the lower limbs in humans.
Actuellement la destruction médicale des varices repose sur l'injection de produits sclérosants à l'aide d'une seringue. Elle n'est pas traumatisantet elle est ambulatoire,mais pas toua ours efficacefoar le produit sclérosant injecté se trouve dilué dans le sang des varices. D'autre part et qui est trés important, le produit sclérosant n'agit qu'aux endroits ou ltendothélium ou intima présente des solutions de continuité
Le dispositif selon liinvention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.Currently the medical destruction of varicose veins is based on the injection of sclerosing products using a syringe. Un tube en plastique semi rigide (1) que nous appellerons cylindre qui présente à l'une de ses extrémités et seulement à l'extérieur une douzaine (3)de petites aspérités d'un demi millimètre chacune et dirigées vers l'autre extrémité du cylindre. les aspérités peuvent autre de la matière même du cylindre ou faites de petites pièces métalliques serties dans l'épaisseur du cylindre et sortant de celui ci d'un demi millimètre
Une tige pleine en plastique semi rigide également que nous apptélerons piston , qui sera introduit dans le tube 1 et qui doit coulisser facilement dans ce tube comme le fait le piston d'une seringue.Ce piston sera plus long que le cylindre d'une dizaine de centimétres. Les deux extrémités du piston sont effilées pour permettre une introduction facile dans le cylindre. Une des extrémités du piston se prolonge par un fil de nylon (4). Sur ce fil de nylon se trouve un renflement en forme de boule donc en nylon mais qui peut être également en métal et dont le rôle est de fermer hermétiquement l'extrémi- té du cylindre .Cette boule de nylon viendra se placer i l'extrémité du tube du coté des aspérités.La longueur da fil de nylon de son insertion au piston Jusquà la boule doit être inférieur de dix centimétres environ de la longueur du cylindre0 Le filde nylon de par sa nature pesséde une c ertaine élasticité.It comprises
