Abstract
La présente invention est relative à un extrait d'herbe, en particulier à un extrait d'herbe de la famille des labiacées, de préférence un extrait de romarin ou de sauge. Suivant l'invention, on prépare l'extrait d'herbe avec des solvants de la qualité alimentaire acceptables, sous une forme qui est totalement soluble dans l'huile, dépourvue de matières prooxydantes et décolorée de manière à obtenir une forme améliorée d'herbe aromatisante et/ou antioxydante. On prévoit également la transformation d'un extrait d'herbe brut sous la nouvelle forme, par l'utilisation de solvants de la qualité alimentaire et sans modification chimique.The present invention relates to a herb extract, in particular to an extract of grass from the Labiaceae family, preferably an extract of rosemary or sage.
