Abstract

In this assembly, at least one block of solid product 20 is received in at least one cavity 19 of a support element 2, each cavity 19 being delimited by a substantially flat base 18 and by a lateral wall which is substantially perpendicular to the said base 18. According to the invention, a part of this wall constitutes a flap 27 which can tilt towards the outside of the cavity 19 about an axis which is substantially parallel to the middle plane of the base 18, the flap 27 carrying, on the one hand, along its border adjacent to the base 18 and in the direction of the associated cavity 19, at least one lifting tab 30, on which the block of product 20 bears via its own weight when it is in position in the cavity 19, and, on the other hand, in the vicinity of its free border and in the opposite direction from the cavity 19, a manoeuvring tab 29, the said flap 27 and the said tabs 30, 29 constituting a lever 26 permitting extraction of the block of product 20 out of its cavity 19.
