Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to limit the performing of suturing a meniscus to an endoscopic path only. It consists of a clamp 1 with distal fastening by spreading its branches under the effect of the traction of a guide pin 2 onto which it is crimped. The assembly is introduced in an endoscopic tube 3 whose end serves to spread the proximal branches of the clamp. According one particular embodiment the distal branches can be replaced by a screw thread.

Le dispositif selon l'invention permet ce type de réparation.Celle-ci s'effectue par agraffage.L'agraffe comporte un axe rigide et quatre branches malléables:deux distales et deux proximales orientées en pointe dans le sens de la poussée.L'agraffe est sertie sur une broche servant de guide à son introduction à travers le ménisque,aprés avoir pénétré dans le genou par l'intermédiaire d'un tube endoscopique.L'agraffage se fait par traction sur la broche porteuse,ayant pour effet d'écarter les deux branches distales,et par poussée sur le tube,ayant pour effet l'écartement des deux branches proximales et le dessertissage de l'agraffe. The device according to the invention allows this type of repair.
