Abstract
Description
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif comprenant un impacteur et une ancre pour une réinsertion i ntra-osseuse, notamment myo-ostéotendineuse. Le dispositif de réinsertion intra-osseuse selon l'invention comprend un impacteur et une ancre, cette dernière présentant une partie pointue d'introduction, des ailettes de retenue et un trou pour le passage d'un fil de suture, il se caractérise essentiellement en ce que l'impacteur comprend d'une part une tige comportant notamment deux parties de diamètres différents, une partie intermédiaire prolongée d'une partie extrême, cette dernière, qui est de diamètre le plus petit, présentant axialement à son extrémité un trou borgne; et d'autre part un tube d'une longueur inférieure à celle de ladite tige et d'un diamètre interne légèrement supérieur à celui de ladite partie intermédiaire, et dont l'extrémité présente, dans le sens longitudinal, deux fentes diamétralement opposées; tandis que l'ancre comporte axialement entre ses ailettes, un plot cylindrique d'un diamètre inférieur à celui dudit trou borgne et percé diamétralement du trou destiné au passage du fil de suture, ledit trou étant percé à une distance de l'extrémité libre dudit plot inférieure à la profondeur dudit trou borgne, et en regard de deux espaces séparant des ailettes de retenue, le diamètre maximum de ladite ancre permettant son introduction et son maintien à l'extrémité fendue dudit tube.
