L'INVENTION S'APPLIQUE NOTAMMENT AUX BOITES POLYGONALES.

Description

Le Certificat addition a pour objet un couvercle inviolable pour notamment un emballage en matière plastique formant boite.
L'objet de l'invention se rattache aux secteurs techniques de l'emballage et du conditionnement.
Selon une des caractéristiques de la Demande de Brevet, le couvercle profil4 pour s'emboîter sur la jupe supérieure profilée du corps, comprend à chacun de ses angles arrondis, des oreilles détachables débordantes avec un profil extérieur arrondi.
Suivant l'Addition, on prévoit sur chaque oreille une ouverture allongée destinée à être engagée à la fermeture sur le bord extrême relevé de la jupe, afin d'opérer le verrouillage, l'ouverture de la botte s'opérant par relevage des oreilles provoquant leur détachement au niveau de leur ouverture et suivant des lignes de rupture établies de part et d'autre de leur ouverture.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront de la description qui suit.
Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention sans toutefois le limiter, dans le dessin annexé
La figure 1 est une vue partielle en perspective, montrant un couvercle selon l'invention avant son montage sur le corps de boite.
La figure 2 est une vue partielle en perspective, montrant l'agencement intérieur de l'un des angles du couvercle.
La figure 3 est une vue partielle en coupe et à plus grande échelle, montrant un angle du couvercle selon l'invention.
La figure 4 est une vue partielle en coupe et à plus grande échelle, montrant le couvercle verrouillé sur le corps.
La figure 5 est une vue partielle en coupe et à plus grande échelle, montrant le couvercle en cours d'ouverture.
Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant sous une forme non limitative de réalisation illustrée aux figures du dessin.
On voit à la figure 1, un couvercle 3 selon l'invention avant son montage sur le corps 4 formant boîte, et plus particulièrement sur la jupe supérieure 4 constituant un bourrelet périphérique de section en U renversé.
Le couvercle 3 forme également de manière connue, une bordure pdriphérique 31 de section en U pour venir coiffer le bourrelet 4 å la fermeture de la boite.
Le couvercle 3 présente extérieurement à chacun de ses angles arrondis, une oreille profilée 3 orientée ers le bas e desr- dement de la bordure 3 et, intérieurement, c'est-à-dire au-delà de la bordure 31, une languette 33 en arc de cercle destinée au clipsage du couvercle sur la jupe 4 (figure 4), comme il a été prévu dans la Demande à la base.
Selon l'invention, chaque oreille présente sensiblement à Sa hase, c'est-a-dire approximativemenk au niveau de l'extrémité de la bordure 3, une ouverture allongée 34 s'étendant sensiblement dans toute la largeur de l'oreille a la ase,
On comprend que le verrouillage du couvercle 3 sur 9 jupe 41 s'opère simplement par engagement des ouvertures 3a dans la face extrême relevée 42 du bourrelet 41 (figure 4), cela par élasticité des composants, en combinaison avec l'effet de clipsage.
Pour ouvrir la boîte, il suffit de relever (fleche f, figure 5) chaque oreille pour, dans un premier temps la dégager du bourrelet 41 puis dans un deuxième temps, l'arracher plus ou moins,
5 du fait du pliage et des lignes de ruptures 3 établies de part 4 et d'autre de l'ouverture 34 comme il ressort de la figure 2.
Les avantages ressortent bien de la description ci-dessus, ainsi que de la description de la Demande à la base.
L'invention ne se limite aucunement à celui de ses modes d' application non plus qu'à ceux des modes de réalisation de ses diverses parties ayant plus spécialement été indiquées ; elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes.

Claims (1)

    REVENDICATION
  1. -1- Couvercle inviolable (3) pour notamment un emballage en matière plastique formant boite et constituant à chacun de ses angles arrondis une oreille détachable (32) débordante avec un profil extérieur arrondi et munie intérieurement de moyens (33) conformés pour autoriser par pression d'une part l'engagement progressif du couvercle (3) sur la jupe (41) du corps de boite (4) et d'autre part, son clipsage en fin de course, ledit couvercle étant caractérisé en ce que chaque oreille (32) présente sensi 4 liement d sa base, une ouverture allongée (3 ) destinée à être engagée à la fermeture, sur le bord extrême relevé (42) de la jupe (41) afin d'opérer le verrouillage dudit couvercle ; ; l'ouver- ture de la boite s'effectuant par le relevage de chaque oreille (32), de manière à provoquer son arrachement au niveau de l'ouverture (34) et suivant des lignes de rupture (35) établies de part et d'autre de la dite ouverture (34).
