Abstract

The boiler consists of a vessel having a lid with a water-tight seal. The vessel is suspended over the fire on a hook. The water in the vessel is supplied to a central heating circuit through the flow pipe and returned via the return pipe. Domestic hot water is heated in the coil providing heated water to the storage cylinder through the connection and receiving cool water through the inlet. Solar heating from a collector is utilised in the coil which is supplied with water at the top inlet and returned to the solar panel through the outlet. The size of the boiler can be tailor made to suit each individual installation.
