Abstract

La soupape de fonctionnement pour autocuiseur comprend un corps 4 monté sur une paroi de l'autocuiseur. Ce corps 4 comprend un évidement interne cylindrique 5 dont la paroi latérale est percée par une lumière d'échappement 6. Un boisseau 11 peut coulisser dans cet évidement 5 contre l'action d'un ressort 12 sous l'effet de la pression dans l'autocuiseur. Le boisseau 11 comprend au moins un canal 18 partant de la base 14 de ce boisseau Il et débouchant dans sa paroi latérale 19 à un niveau qui se situe, au repos, en dessous de la lumière d'échappement 6. Des moyens 20, 21, 22 sont prévus pour commander la rotation relative entre le boisseau 11 et le corps 4 de la soupape entre une position dans laquelle le canal 18 est écarté angulairement de la lumière d'échappement 6 et une position dans laquelle ce canal 18 est situe au droit de cette lumière d'échappement 6. Application en particulier aux autocuiseurs à usage domestique.
