Abstract

Procédé pour la clarification des vins et boissons analogues, caractérisé en ce qu'en vue d'éliminer les opérations usuelles telles que débourbage, collage à la gélatine et filtration, le vin est soumis immédiatement après vinification à une opération d'ultrafiltration sur membrane.
