Claims (7)
- 담금, 발효, 저장, 여과 및 제품화로 이루어지는 맥주 제조 공정에 있어서, 상기 담금 공정에 사포닌 함량이 130㎎/g 이상인 인삼 농축 액기스를 0.4~3㎖/ℓ범위로 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼이 함유된 맥주의 제조방법.
- 담금, 발효, 저장, 여과 및 제품화로 이루어지는 맥주 제조 공정에 있어서, 상기 발효 공정에 사포닌 함량이 130㎎/g 이상인 인삼 농축 액기스를 0.4~3㎖/ℓ범위로 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼이 함유된 맥주의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발효가 종료된 후 저장탱크로 주입시 단백질침전제를 5~50g/HL 투입하고, 여과시 탄닌흡착제를 10~60g/HL 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼이 함유된 맥주의 제조방법.
- 담금, 발효, 저장, 여과 및 제품화로 이루어지는 맥주 제조 공정에 있어서, 상기 저장 공정에 사포닌 함량이 130㎎/g 이상인 인삼 농축 엑기스를 0.4~3㎖/ℓ범위로 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼이 함유된 맥주의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 여과시 단백질흡착제 25~60g/HL와 탄닌흡착제 10~60g/HL을 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼이 함유된 맥주의 제조방법.
- 담금, 발효, 저장, 여과 및 제품화로 이루어지는 맥주 제조 공정에 있어서, 상기 여과 공정에 사포닌 함량이 130㎎/g 이상인 인삼 농축 엑기스를 0.4~3㎖/ℓ범위로 투입하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인삼이 함유된 맥주의 제조방법.
