Abstract

Procédé et installation de fermeture d'un sac souple muni d'une ouverture à son extrémité supérieure, ce sac ayant été préalablement rempli de colis ou autre produit. On regroupe à l'état compact le bord supérieur 9 délimitant l'ouverture du sac souple Il en formant dans ce bord supérieur des plis multiples transversaux pour former un << cou >> 32, on maintient de façon temporaire ce cou dans un anneau de maintien ouvrable 31, et on ficèle ce cou; on forme le cou du sac en saisissant le bord supérieur 9 du sac par deux points diamétralement opposés, en écartant ces points l'un de l'autre pour mettre à plat à l'état entre des organes rotatifs d'entraînement 59, et en maintenant ledit bord en aval desdits organes rotatifs, dans une zone limitée de regroupement L'invention s'applique notamment au conditionnement de colis postaux.
