Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé en vue d'empêcher un ruissellement d'un appareil de moulage par injection de matière plastique et de buses d'injection. Elle a pour objet un procédé comportant les opérations de modification de volume d'un trou de coulée dans un appareil de moulage par injection par déplacement d'un plongeur dans un élément de contact de buse introduit dans le trou de coulée, de retour automatique du plongeur, précédemment déplacé par la force de contact de la buse, dans sa position initiale lorsque ladite force diminue lorsque la buse s'écarte après l'opération de moulage, et d'augmentation du volume du trou de coulée d'une quantité égale à la quantité de déplacement de celui-ci, supérieur au volume durant l'opération d'injection pour réduire la pression résiduelle dans une mesure telle qu'aucun ruissellement de matière plastique n'apparaît. Application notamment au moulage par injection de matière plastique.
