Abstract

a. L'invention concerne les bagues d'étanchéité destinées aux arbres traversant une paroi d'un caisson contenant un fluide et plus particulièrement les bagues qui sont montées obliquement sur l'arbre ou sur sa portée. b. La bague d'étanchéité comprend une partie de base et une partie d'étanchéité formant les deux faces intérieure et extérieure de sa section transversale et elle est placée dans une gorge qui lui assure une torsion telle que la partie d'étanchéité vient en contact continu sur l'arbre ou sur la portée. c. La bague ainsi établie garantit un bon appui de sa partie ou lèvre d'étanchéité sur l'une des faces de la fente formée dans la paroi entre l'arbre et la portée.
