Abstract

Circuit générateur de niveaux électriques de référence dans un circuit logique. Une tension de référence d'entrée est développée par un circuit de référence de source et appliquée à un amplificateur opérationnel ayant un circuit de nivellement pour égaliser substantiellement les courants dans les transistors d'entrée. Ce circuit de nivellement est essentiellement un amplificateur opérationnel. Il commande et ajuste les tensions de réaction. Le circuit amplificateur opérationnel et de nivellement commande une grille de distribution de tension de référence répartie sur toute une microplaquette semi-conductrice pour distribution au millier de circuits logiques répartis dans la microplaquette. Peut être utilisé dans toute microplaquette de circuits logiques fortement intégrée.
