Abstract

Procédé de production de filés et leur utilisation dans des tapis. L'aspect des tapis avec des poils formés à partir de filaments continus est amélioré en utilisant de nouveaux filés, comprenant plusieurs filaments 8, 9 de nylon continus à orientation moléculaire, emmêlés et entremêlés les uns avec les autres, ou sous la forme de plusieurs extrémités de filés courbées ou pliées ensemble, certains des filaments ayant une ondulation ou une ondulation latente et le restant des filaments étant sans ondulation ou sans ondulation latente. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour fournir des filés de nylon employés dans des tapis, où la formation de rayures est réduite, et des effets de poils à deux hauteurs ou un aspect soyeux pouvant être obtenus.
