Abstract

Procédé pour produire des cellules microbiennes et application pour l'obtention de produits d'oxydation. Des souches de micro-organismes méthylotrophes nouvellement découvertes et isolées lorsqu'on les cultive sur méthane ont une teneur élevée en protéines et sont utiles pour transformer des alcanes, des alcools secondaires et d'autres substrats oxydables en produits oxydés, et, lorsqu'on les cultive sur divers composés carbonés donneurs de radical méthyle, sont utiles pour transformer des alcools secondaires en méthylcétones. Application à la production d'aliments protéiques pour animaux et à l'oxydation de divers substrats.
