Abstract

Le procédé, aboutissant au montage de deux pièces polaires 5 présentant chacune un prolongement annulaire 2 venant buter contre le prolongement de la pièce polaire associée, consiste à réaliser par une ligne de presses une série d'opérations de formage à partir d'un barreau cylindrique, ces opérations comprenant successivement la formation du prolongement annulaire 2 à une extrémité du barreau, la déformation en plusieurs stades du corps du barreau en disque 3 à pattes 3' d'abord radiales, puis repliées et le poinçonnage central d'un trou 4 à travers l'épaisseur réduite du disque 3 avant le repliage des pattes 3', le montage final s'effectuant sur l'arbre tournant 6 de la génératrice.
