Abstract

For a balance with a digital output, there is provided a programmed small computer which, according to choice, allows various uses of the balance, such as piece counting, determination of the net total, percentage weighing, etc., one or more program selector switches (76) being provided for choosing the particular computer program desired. In order to keep the number of necessary command keys (84) small, there is provided for each computer program a special template (78) which keeps the respective program selector switch or program selector switches activated and which has inscription fields (82) assigned to the command keys and marked according to a specific program.
