Abstract

Valve de régulation destinée à débiter une pression de fluide régulée en fonction d'une pression incidente, par exemple la pression de refoulement d'une pompe. Le noyau de valve est déplacé, sous l'action de la pression incidente, à l'encontre d'un ressort pour démasquer graduellement un orifice de sortie de pression régulée. Le ressort est entièrement détendu au repos et est progressivement comprimé jusqu'à une valeur prédéterminée grâce à un piston soumis à la pression de fluide régulée, dont le déplacement est limité par une butée, de préférence réglable. Ce dispositif permet de délivrer une pression régulée même pour une faible pression incidente. Application aux valves de régulation pour pompes à piston de course variable dans lesquelles les efforts de poussée sont encaissés par des paliers du type hydrostatique.
